My internal memory says it's full. How do I delete it so it's not full?
take out the card then go into menu and choose format

Unless you took pictures using your camera's internal memory before inserting the memory chip (or after removing it) , your internal memory is completely blank. Every picture you took using the chip should be on the chip :)
